- To use this item, Willie & Max states that you will need a luggage rack and sissy bar
- Secures to your bike with a hook and loop strap that is adjustable for sissy bar height and Willie & Max's double hook bungee cord to tie the pack to the luggage rack (Hook and loop strap and the double hook bungee cord are included)
- Equipped with a carry handle to make it easy to carry along with you once you are done riding
- Flap closes with buckles and or quick release buckles (quick release buckles are underneath the outside buckles)
