If you need an RMA number and prefer to obtain one by email, simply fill out and submit this form. We will respond with your RMA number. Note, please allow at least 24 hours for the RMA to be issued.

We charge regular shipping on exchanges. In most cases this shipping charge amounts to $12.00
We will charge the credit card you used for the original order for the item we are sending in exchange. Once the item being sent back is received, we will issue the credit for that item. This allows quicker processing of your exchange than if we waited for the item to be returned to us.
