- The CTB500 Mini Tourer is part of Nelson Riggs Riggpak series of motorcycle luggage
- This is a medium size touring bag ideal for a 1 or 2 day trip
- Unique features of the Nelson Rigg CTB500 include:
- Security loops under bag allows a cable lock to be installed (cable lock not included)
- Four large easily accessible side pockets (2 are expandable)
- Comes with roll bag as shown. This roll bag can be mounted separately if desired.
- An integrated pocket conceals mounting straps which allow you to turn this item into a backpack. Note that straps are not detachable.
- Inside is a detailed office organizer and envelope-sized pocket
- Main compartment is expandable
- Made out of top quality UV-treated Tri-Max® ballistic nylon
- Can be mounted to sit on either your bikes luggage rack or passenger seat
- Attaches to your bike using Nelson Riggs universal mounting system. Mounting system is included. It consists of adjustable Velcro straps and quick release mounting straps. If the Velcro mounting straps are not long enough, you have the option of purchasing extension straps (our part number CTBEXTSTRAP). Note the vanity cover may not fit when using these extension straps.
- Comes with removable padded vanity cover to conceal mounting system
- Features highly reflective webbing, adjustable shoulder strap with shoulder pad for carrying after your ride, rigid bottom plate to prevent sagging, fail safe heavy-duty zippers with pull fobs and an easy grip rubberized carry handle
- This bag is designed to hold its shape even when empty
- Comes with a 100% waterproof rainstorm cover to keep your gear dry during rain (This item is NOT waterproof without the cover)
- Comes with personalized combination lock (part number RPL50)

- Main compartment measures: 12”L x 7”W x 16”H when unexpanded and 12”L x 9”W x 16”H when expanded
- Main compartment has carrying capacity of: 22.03 Liters when unexpanded and 28.32 Liters when expanded
- Roll bag measures: 13”L x 9” Diameter
- If you are curious as to how the CTB500 differs from the CTB900, the differences are the CTB500 is smaller.
- General fitment guidelines: The CTB500 can be mounted to "most" sissy bars or back rests which are NOT wider than 10"
